Lets just be honest, finding a good therapist can be hard! It is my wish that every client and couple I work with feel seen, heard, and understood.
I want to be your advocate, help you fight for your relationships, and get clarity on areas of your life that feel like a blur. It can be scary not to have all of the answers, feel alone, or feel like everything is falling apart. I am here to help you realize your power, worth and importance, to know that life does not have to stay the way that it is.
I’ll assist you with the process of figuring out what you want, as your listening ear, gentle guide, and emotional support as you navigate this journey.
With that being said, I cannot promise that this will be an easy path, but I can promise that you will grow in strength, self-love, and start to empathize with the people in your life throughout this process.

Together, we will examine your history and experiences, identify trauma, and explore different tools to help you manage life stressors. I do not believe in rushing to find a quick fix, especially when it comes to our complex human experiences.
